Description
Heartsaver® Instructor Essentials DVD contains the videos needed to conduct the classroom-based portion of the Heart Association’s Heartsaver Instructor Essentials Course.
This product replaces Heart Association product 20-1133 (Heartsaver Instructor Essentials Course DVD).
The Heartsaver Instructor Essentials Course is designed to prepare Instructor candidates to:
- teach Heart Association Instructor-led and blended learning Heartsaver Provider courses
- educate Instructor candidates on how to use Heart Association Instructor teaching materials
- ensure that students meet learning objectives
- offer student coaching skills
- provide an objective skills performance evaluation
- follow Heart Association Instructor and course policies.
The course covers core content and discipline-specific content required to teach Heart Association courses.
